Ingredients
- 170 g firm silken tofu* (tofu)
- 1 medium banana
- Juice and zest of ½ lemon
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) chia seeds
- ¼ cup (60 ml) 2% fat plain yogurt
- 1 medium kiwi, diced
- *Firm silken tofu contains more protein than soft silken tofu.
Preparation
- Place all ingredients, except kiwi, in food processor and pulse until smooth and creamy; add yogurt if necessary for a looser consistency.
- Serve in a bowl and garnish with kiwi pieces
