Ingredients

  • 170 g firm silken tofu* (tofu)
  • 1 medium banana
  • Juice and zest of ½ lemon
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) chia seeds
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) 2% fat plain yogurt
  • 1 medium kiwi, diced
  • *Firm silken tofu contains more protein than soft silken tofu.

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients, except kiwi, in food processor and pulse until smooth and creamy; add yogurt if necessary for a looser consistency.
  2. Serve in a bowl and garnish with kiwi pieces
