Ingredients

  • 6 whole-wheat pita breads (6”)
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
  • ½ cup (125 ml) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) dried origano

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Coat pita breads with olive oil.
  3. In a bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, garlic powder and oregano. Sprinkle over pita breads.
  4. Cut each loaf into 6 pieces.
  5. Arrange on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
