Ingredients
- 6 whole-wheat pita breads (6”)
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
- ½ cup (125 ml) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) garlic powder
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) dried origano
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Coat pita breads with olive oil.
- In a bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, garlic powder and oregano. Sprinkle over pita breads.
- Cut each loaf into 6 pieces.
- Arrange on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
- Bake for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
