Ingredients
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) all-purpose flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 4 oz (125 g) each
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) liquid honey
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) Dijon mustard
- 10 ml (2 tsp.) olive oil
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Place chicken breasts, flour, salt and pepper in a plastic bag. Shake bag until chicken breasts are completely covered with flour.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken breasts and cook for 2 minutes on each side. Remove chicken breasts from pan and place in an ovenproof dish.
- In a small bowl, combine honey and Dijon mustard. Pour mixture over chicken breasts. Cover and bake for 15 minutes. Serve.
