Ingredients

  • 1 liter (32 oz) canned pineapple, drained
  • 2 frozen bananas, sliced into chunks
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) lime or lemon juice
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp.) Amaretto (optional)
  • 5 ml (1 tsp.) lime zest

Preparation

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour mixture into a shallow dish. Cover and freeze for 4 hours.
  2. Cut frozen mixture into pieces and return to blender for a few moments.
