Ingredients
- 1 liter (32 oz) canned pineapple, drained
- 2 frozen bananas, sliced into chunks
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) lime or lemon juice
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) Amaretto (optional)
- 5 ml (1 tsp.) lime zest
Preparation
- In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour mixture into a shallow dish. Cover and freeze for 4 hours.
- Cut frozen mixture into pieces and return to blender for a few moments.
