Ingredients
- ½ cup (125 ml) rolled oats
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) chia seeds
- ½ cup (125 ml) milk
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp (5 ml) maple syrup
- ¾ cup (175 ml) frozen blueberries or raspberries
Preparation
The day before:
- In a lidded jar (Mason jar), mix all ingredients together except fruit.
- Pour the fruit on top of the mixture, screw on the lid and leave in the fridge overnight.
The next morning:
Enjoy straight from the jar (easy to take to work).
