Ingredients

  • ½ cup (125 ml) rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) chia seeds
  • ½ cup (125 ml) milk
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) maple syrup
  • ¾ cup (175 ml) frozen blueberries or raspberries

Preparation

The day before:

  1. In a lidded jar (Mason jar), mix all ingredients together except fruit.
  2. Pour the fruit on top of the mixture, screw on the lid and leave in the fridge overnight.

The next morning:

Enjoy straight from the jar (easy to take to work).
