Dijon mustard<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 ml (2 tsp.) olive oil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column has-grey-300-background-color has-background is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Place chicken breasts, flour, salt and pepper in a plastic bag. Shake bag until chicken breasts are completely covered with flour.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken breasts and cook for 2 minutes on each side. Remove chicken breasts from pan and place in an ovenproof dish.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In a small bowl, combine honey and Dijon mustard. Pour mixture over chicken breasts. Cover and bake for 15 minutes.
