Add onions and garlic and cook over medium heat for 3 minutes. Add beans and chicken stock. Cover and simmer for 3 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add tomatoes, oregano, parsley, salt and pepper and cover. Simmer for 1 minute.
