Dijon mustard<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Salad:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 garlic cloves, chopped<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 ml (2 teaspoons) fresh parsley, chopped<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salt and pepper to taste<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 carrots, peeled and thinly sliced<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>225 g (\u00bd lb) snow peas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 yellow bell pepper, cut into thin slices<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 orange bell pepper, cut into thin slices<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 liter (4 cups) romaine lettuce, rinsed, drained and torn into pieces<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30ml (2 tablespoons) almonds, chopped<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column has-grey-300-background-color has-background is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e9paration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In a bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place carrots and snow peas in a pot of boiling water. Cook for 1 &#8211; 2 minutes. Drain well and set aside.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In a separate bowl, combine peppers, carrots and snow peas. Pour dressing over vegetables and toss. Serve on lettuce leaves.
