In a large bowl, mix milk and rolled oats with a fork.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In another bowl, combine egg, banana and oil. Add to oatmeal mixture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In another bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Add to oatmeal mixture and stir lightly with fork until all ingredients are moistened.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Divide batter evenly between greased or lined paper muffin tin.
