{"id":27618,"date":"2015-12-17T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2015-12-17T05:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.diabete.qc.ca\/en\/diabetes\/diabetes-management\/recipes\/clafoutis-aux-tomates-courgettes-fromage-de-chevre-et-basilic\/"},"modified":"2023-05-29T17:45:42","modified_gmt":"2023-05-29T21:45:42","slug":"tomato-zucchini-goat-cheese-and-basil-clafoutis","status":"publish","type":"recipe","link":"https:\/\/www.diabete.qc.ca\/en\/diabetes\/diabetes-management\/recipes\/tomato-zucchini-goat-cheese-and-basil-clafoutis\/","title":{"rendered":"Tomato, zucchini, goat cheese and basil clafoutis"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\" block-background theme-block theme-block--innerblock alignfull bg-color--grey bottom-concave red-sun-left\" >\n\n  <span class=\"theme-block__label\">Section with background<\/span>\n  \n      <div class=\"background-img\">\n      <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.diabete.qc.ca\/wp-content\/themes\/diabete.qc.ca\/dist\/images\/block-background\/red-sun-left.svg\" alt=\"\">\n    <\/div>\n  \n  \n    \n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column has-white-background-color has-background is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>15 ml (1 tablespoon) olive oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>125 ml (1\/2 cup) fresh goat cheese<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 ml (1 cup) zucchini<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 green onions, thinly sliced<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 to 45 ml (2 to 3 tbsp.) fresh basil, chopped<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 eggs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>125 ml (1\/2 cup) 15% cream<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>15 ml (1 tbsp.) white or whole-wheat flour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Grated nutmeg, to taste<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A few drops of Tabasco<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pinch salt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>12 cherry tomatoes, halved<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 ml (2 tsp.) panko (Japanese breadcrumbs) or regular breadcrumbs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fresh basil, nasturtium petals (in season, optional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column has-grey-300-background-color has-background is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Preheat oven to 165\u00b0C (325\u00b0F).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Brush 4 tartlet moulds or 1 tart tin with olive oil.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Crumble goat&#8217;s cheese into the bottom of each mold.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Grate the zucchini onto a clean cloth and wring out the water.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mix zucchini, green onions and basil in a bowl. Sprinkle over goat&#8217;s cheese.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In a bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, flour, nutmeg and Tabasco for 1 minute. Season with salt. Carefully pour into each mold.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Divide the cherry tomatoes evenly between the molds.
