Italian tomatoes, diced<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>750 ml (3 cups) sodium-reduced chicken broth<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salt and freshly ground pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column has-grey-300-background-color has-background is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In a large saucepan, heat the oil over medium heat and saut\u00e9 the onion, carrot, celery and garlic for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the spices and stir for 1 minute.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add lentils, tomatoes and stock.
