Set aside.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In a small saucepan over low heat, heat the honey, vanilla, cinnamon and fennel seeds for about 5 minutes or until the honey is fragrant and syrupy. Remove the vanilla bean and cinnamon stick. Strain the syrup through a sieve.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dressage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place the orange slices on a serving plate.
