Certain FreeStyle Libre 3 Plus sensors may provide inaccurate low-glucose readings. Other FreeStyle Libre products are not affected by this issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Potential Danger<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If undetected, an incorrect low-glucose reading over an extended period can lead to inappropriate treatment decisions for people living with diabetes, such as consuming excessive carbohydrates or skipping\/delaying insulin doses. These decisions may pose serious health risks, including injury or death, as well as other less severe complications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What to Do<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Visit <strong><a>www.FreeStyleCheck.com<\/a><\/strong> to confirm if your sensor is affected. You will need the serial number of your sensor, which is available in the \u201cAbout\u201d section of the app or on the sensor box.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If your sensor is confirmed as potentially affected, stop using it immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can request a replacement sensor.
