How to register?

To register for the Huma Challenge, simply download the form on the http://www.humachallenge.com/chine-diabeteqc website and send to the Huma Challenge office along with your payment of the CDN$300 registration fee. You will receive a registration confirmation by mail or by e-mail. You will also receive all the information needed for raising your funds for research , all of which will go to Diabetes Quebec. To participate in the Huma Challenge, the funds raised must be a minimum of CDN$1,500 and must be funds for which you or your sponsors can obtain a tax receipt. The cost of the trip is CDN$3,700, for a grand total of CDN$5,200.
